Education and training

In addition to the selection of a suitable test method and a suitable test system, the validity of information depends greatly on the testing personnel who use the non-destructive test method. In order for non-destructive testing in the building industry (NDT construction) to become indispensable for production supervision and the recurring testing of (concrete) components, regulated qualification and certification of personnel is required in addition to concrete-specific process and product standards to minimise the uncertainty by testing personnel. This is why the NDT laboratory is involved in standardisation and committee work on a national and international level. In addition, the NDT laboratory offers training courses that can be held at the Wallisellen site or as in-house training.
