Expert Missions
The NDT laboratory works globally as an expert for the IAEA in the field of non-destructive testing in construction. In addition to training courses for representatives of the IAEA, the NDT laboratory is working on an international syllabus for NDT construction training. Furthermore, the NDT laboratory travels for the IAEA after disasters such as earthquakes or explosions in conflict areas to make an initial assessment on site and develop long-term strategies. In addition to operations in earthquake-prone areas in Albania, an operation in Beirut is planned for the near future.
